Inviting in the Healer

As we invite in and activate this New Moon Cycle and Healer Invocation, please join me in some Somatic Movement and Musical Mantra. Healing is inevitably precious within so many levels and through the sounds, our bodies, our prayers, we are blessed in these bodies to feel it all and through the depths of our spirit and selves, we get to express it personally and collectively.

I enjoy using music to connect and embody.

As you listen to these songs, may you move through and among your own sensations and allow your vessel to create magic in each beat, breath and wavelike movements. Connect to all your sacred centers and let the energy ripple out through your limbs , your fingers, your toes, your heart, head and hips. Be the music. Be the dance. Be the Sacred Woman. You are held by all. The healer is who you are in each moment. Let her become a part of your whole being and create sweet nectar, embody it all.

As you dance, I dance and we move upon this Earth as One.

Christine, why does it mean to be a healer?

To me - being a healer- means to be a bridge for others to connect their own soul, their own spirit, their own remembering of their power.

Why do you think women should connect with their inner healer?

We all have an inner healer within us, we all have an inner wise woman, and what I call the soul voice. Then, we allow ourselves to find guides to hold space for us and walk alongside us to come back home to ourselves.

What would you want women to know that don’t feel they are healers?

We have the wisdom of the earth in our feet, the stars in our palms. We are universe, we are mama diosa. We carry the strength of all the women who have done this work and walked before us and all the women to come. Remember remember remember
